Sincerest and heartfelt condolences on the passing of her majesty Queen Elizabeth II
Queen Elizabeth II was a constant presence in our personal lives as well as in ours reestablished Independent State – Lithuanian Republic’s life. Her Majesty has become a cornerstone of Europe’s modern history.
Her Majesty vowed to devote her life to the service of the Commonwealth and its people. Queen Elizabeth II kept this oath to people, principles, and values with dignity for a lifetime of service.
On behalf of the Lithuanian Atlantic Treaty Association, I express our heartfelt condolences to members of the Royal Family, to the British people and to the members of the Commonwealth during this most difficult time.
Our organization’s and my personal condolences go to Mr. David Hobbs – leader of our sister organization – Atlantic Treaty Association of the United Kingdom.
